How to Book
1. Submit Your Bridal Inquiry
Begin by completing our bridal inquiry form with as much information as you currently have available.
Helpful details include:
Your wedding date
Getting-ready location
The time everyone needs to be completely ready
Estimated number of hair and makeup services
Hairstyle and makeup inspiration
Any details regarding hair texture, extensions, veils, head coverings, or accessories
Still finalizing your wedding-party numbers? That’s completely okay. Share your best estimate, and we can help you explore the package and staffing options that make the most sense.
2. Receive Your Initial Estimate
After reviewing your inquiry, we will prepare an initial estimate based on your requested services, location, timeline, and anticipated artist needs.
Larger wedding parties or shorter preparation windows may require additional artists to ensure everyone is completed comfortably and on time. Any recommended staffing, travel, toll, parking, accommodation, or early-start fees will be explained clearly.
3. Schedule Your Introductory Call
If the initial estimate feels like a good fit, we will schedule a brief introductory call.
This is our opportunity to learn more about your wedding, answer your questions, review your service needs, and make sure our team is the right fit for your day.
We can also discuss your desired bridal look, wedding-party services, preparation timeline, and any special considerations before moving forward.
4. Sign Your Agreement and Reserve the Date
Once your services have been confirmed, you will receive your personalized service agreement.
A signed agreement and a 40% nonrefundable retainer are required to reserve your wedding date. Your date is not officially held until both have been received.
The remaining balance is due three days before the wedding.
5. Schedule Your Optional Bridal Trial
Your bridal hair and makeup trial gives us the opportunity to bring your complete vision together before the wedding day.
We encourage you to bring inspiration photos along with images of your dress, neckline, veil, jewelry, head covering, and other accessories. These details help us create a look that feels cohesive with your entire bridal style—not just beautiful from the neck up.
Summer Bridal Trial Special
Book your optional bridal hair and makeup trial together with your wedding-day services and receive 15% off the standard trial rate.
Standard bridal hair and makeup trial: $275
Summer booking discount: $41.25
Discounted bridal trial: $233.75
The trial is optional and may be added when you reserve your wedding-day services.
6. Finalize Your Wedding-Day Details
As your wedding approaches, we will confirm:
Final hair and makeup service counts
Requested hairstyles and makeup looks
Artist assignments
Getting-ready schedule
Required completion time
Travel and venue details
Your remaining balance is due three days before the wedding. On the wedding day, our team will arrive prepared with the schedule and service information needed to keep the morning calm, organized, and running beautifully.
On-Location Travel 🚗
The first 30 round-trip travel miles are included with your booking. Additional round-trip mileage is charged at $1 per mile.
Tolls, parking, accommodations, and other travel-related expenses may apply depending on the getting-ready location.
